A quick note on the word "guide"

We use it deliberately.

The children do the heavy lifting of their own learning. Your job is to set the conditions for real discovery, to ask the questions that open doors, and then fuel their flame with your support. It is one of the best jobs in the world.

Every child who walks through our doors carries something the world needs. You notice the quiet ones. You delight in the quirky ones. You care about what is going on in their lives and take note of what they love.
